How you receive what you buy

• Delivery is by email, to the address you give at purchase.
• You receive a download link and, for licensed tools, an activation or licence key.
• Paid tools normally unlock within a few minutes of payment being confirmed — and in any case within 24 hours.
• Free tools and guides are emailed immediately after you submit the form.

Not received it?

• Check your Promotions and Spam folders — a first email from a new sender often lands there.
• Confirm the email address you entered was correct.
• Still nothing? Write to care@chartford.in with your order ID and we will resend it. There is no charge for a resend.

Using the file

Our tools run on Microsoft Excel or TallyPrime on your own computer. Because the file is downloaded from the internet, Windows may block its macros the first time — the setup email tells you how to unblock it, and we will walk you through it if needed.

Territory

We serve customers in India. As delivery is digital, there is no delivery area restriction and no delivery timeline beyond the above.
